Marriage Care Ministry

Marriage Care Ministry is an opportunity for you to intentionally care for something we often hope will take care of itself:

Our marriage.

In this small group ministry, couples gather monthly with other couples to focus on preventative care for your relationship in a time frame designed specifically for the two of you with no distractions.

Marriage Care is…

• An informal, conversational meeting with other couples.
• The chance to enrich your relationship and grow in your marriage.
• A time to express what you value about each other and what sometimes makes you stumble.

Marriage Care is not…

• A substitute for therapy
• In-depth Training
• Just another social group

Marriage Care is a ministry developed by Bill and Anita Smith at Luther Seminary years ago (long before Pastor Lisa was born) and is used by several congregations as well as seminary students and spouses. Pastor Lisa and her husband, Marcus, have participated in Marriage Care groups ever since they got married way back in 2001.
